职位描述Purpose:To provide HR service and support the HR Manager, being the “business partner” to defined support areas and ensure that the internal customers get theexpected value from HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
?As HR partner to defined business divisions, provide full-function HR support to line manager and employees. Including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, C&B, disciplinary actions, training & development activities and other HR programs or initiatives roll-out.
?Build up and maintain effective working relationship with internal customers and ensure sufficient level of service to the employees of the respective area.
Be visible in the business and approachable for employees; consult with employees in all employee related questions and topics (i.e. internal career moves, etc.)
? Responsible for obtaining the latest local labor legislation and employment related trends and ensure compliance in HR practices and internal/external audits.
Work closely with HR Center of Excellence (Talent & Rewards) to learn and understand tools and processes; help to translate these tools and concepts to employees
? Research and propose appropriate updates in HR policies and programs.
? Support to cultivate and maintain a harmonious and trust culture between management and employees within the organization
? Ensure timely and proper updates of SAP, HRP, Career Scout and all relevant HR systems
? Build up and maintain a close working relationship with other liaison office teams to ensure harmonized HR processes across locations whenever possible.
? Organize and carry out general operational administrative tasks
Take on special projects and assignments as requested (e.g. preparation of yearly PEP process, Team Line Up, succession planning, support the recruitment and internal program for Trainees etc.); also includes HR marketing activities such as GOPS Tea Time.

? HR Centers of Excellence – Rewards, Talent
? GOPS Asia HR including other Liaison Offices.
? Performance Management Team
? External authorities, agents, consultants.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
? Mature, well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative.
? Customer oriented, approachable, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Good understanding of local labor practice (including Social & Health Insurance, Tax regulations)
? Fluent English (verbally and in writing)
? Good MS-Office skills, SAP experience is a plus.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
? 6 years relevant work experience in a MNC
? University degree or equivalent (preferably focus on Personnel Management or related field).
