Responsibilities

? works closely with the client to define RPA value proposition and solution scope.

? Analyzes client processes, and identifies RPA opportunities

? Recommends RPA approach/strategy

? Identifies appropriate technology platforms best suited for client requirements

? Creates and presents to the client architecture and solution proposals

? Works with Operations Solution Architect to create compelling Business Case including savings as well as implementation and run costs estimate

? Assists Project Manager to ensure smooth delivery of the RPA solution

? Provides continuous advice to RPA developers and Project Manager during project delivery

? Manages a virtual, geographically distributed team of up to 15 RPA architects

? Ensures optimal performance of team members

? Serves as an escalation point in case of performance issues

? Ensures minimal attrition maintaining high job satisfaction and meeting team members’ career objectives

Maintains open, transparent and friendly team atmosphereProgram/Project Planning

Understand program stakeholder goals and expectations and assess impact on the overall business objectives

Establish and launch the governance structure and processes

Plan the projects based on the overall program business objectives

May plan individual projects or coordinate implementation team project managers to i. Integrate all project work plans and clearly capture key milestones and dependencies

Program / Project Delivery and Management

Ability to lead multiple projects within a program and ensure that individual projects and PM’s are adhering to good project management principles

Configure work plan, including establishing the project resource pool

Develop work plan, financial estimates and staffing plans

Deliver the project within allocated budgets, regularly monitoring and reviewing project finances, providing updated forecasts and reporting financial status

Validate schedule, dependencies, and resource utilization within work plan(s)

Influence changes in scope, schedule, or resources to rebalance work or manage variances within the project

Manage time tracked against the plan, to make sure that work is being completed on schedule, within budget, and with the appropriate level of resource utilization

Provide regular status reports and communication of progress, issues and risks, project changes, etc. to key stakeholders

Business Case Management

Re-assess the value proposition at regular intervals and at particular trigger points during a program (e.g. change of stakeholder, significant business event)

Ensure that the value we are delivering is in line with client / stakeholder expectations

Deliverable Management

Create the Deliverable Responsibility Matrix based on input from the teams

Establish the required processes and tools to make sure everyone understands their responsibilities and track the execution of those responsibilities

Responsible for the timely delivery of a set of work products

Quality, Risk and Issue Management

Assess program performance, risks, issues and impact on solution delivery commitments, client relationships, etc.

Assess options to address the risks and issues and improve the program performance

Identify action items and make governance recommendations

Manage peer reviews, deliverable confirmation and acceptance, and transition checkpoints

Scope Change Management

Review, validate, and assign scope changes for analysis

Participate and/or support review and approval meetings

Program/Project Closing

Ensure all project deliverables in scope are completed and signed-off

Create Project Closure Report

Ensure project close-out activities are completed

Must Have Skills/Qualifications

? In depth understanding of RPA concepts and market

? Expertise in min. one of market leading RPA platforms: Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UI Path

? Deep understanding of technology and architecture concepts

? Business Process analysis

? Ability to understand client expectations and requirements and converting them into technical solutions

Self-motivated and ability to manage remote resources and teams

Strong project management skills

Well-developed risk analysis and mitigation skills

Ability to lead a geographically-distributed team with diverse competencies, skills, and abilities

Proactive issue/conflict identification and resolution ability

? Strong problem solving, analysis, and design skills

? Presentation skills with ability to communicate at executive level

? Fluency in English

? Ability to lead a geographically-distributed virtual team
