职位描述：
工作职责：
-面向电信运营商客户及其合作伙伴,提供业务运营支撑系统(BOSS)相关的解决方案咨询,
包括市场分析, 系统建设规划、售前交流、方案制作、应标等售前支持支持工作
-收集客户业务需求, 整理出完整的业务及数据流转视图。结合行业经验及发展趋势,识别出现有系统的潜在问题,并给出业务优化及完善建议
-同公司内开发团队紧密协作,澄清项目/产品的业务需求，并向开发/测试人员提供必要的业务知识培训
岗位要求：
-熟悉通信行业BOSS系统和基础技术，掌握该领域行业现状及发展趋势；有着实际系统规划、业务咨询经验。
-具有3年或以上CRM、计费、帐务、客服、电渠等IT系统的研发/运营或项目管理经验。
参与过国内三大运营商或其虚拟运营商的BOSS系统建设者优先。
-具有2年或以上通信行业售前支持经验，验熟悉售前支持相关的流程、工作规范。
-具有良好的团队意识和合作精神，优秀的学习和接受能力
-较强的客户沟通能力，较强的口头、书面表达/文案撰写能力
-全日制大学教育背景（本科或以上），计算机或通信相关专业为佳 举报 分享
