Responsibility:

1. Responsible for Accounting & Finance control and management for the company and factory.

2. Directs all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual/quarterly/monthly financial forecasts/actual.

3. Manages data and provides reporting to support financial analysis including the following: sales, gross margin, operating expenses, operating profits, operating cash flow, capital spending, working capital management, return on investment, inventory turns and other diagnostic indicators.

4. Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.


Requirements:

1. Above 5 years working experience in multinational company with 2 years in a management position; direct experience in manufacturing company and strong in finance analysis is preferred.

2. Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or business administration with emphasis on Finance / Controlling.

3. High self motivation, ability to work in a team and perseverance.

4. Proficient in ERP system.

5. Excellent communication skills and fluent in Chinese and English.
