岗位职责：

1. 负责单克隆抗体的制备方面的具体实验操作，包括动物免疫、杂交瘤细胞培养、融合、单克隆筛选等；

2. 负责和抗体筛选检测工作：ELISA，FACS，WB等；

3. 配合项目设计人员完成具体实验，并及时准确的完成实验报告；

4. 负责相关实验设备的清洁、保养和维护。

岗位要求：

1.本科及以上学历，生命科学或医学相关专业；

2.具有两年以上杂交瘤相关技术工作经验，或细胞培养经验者优先；

3.熟悉抗体制备流程，具有良好的无菌操作习惯，熟知抗体筛选相关检测工作；

5.具有扎实的生物化学、细胞生物学和免疫学基础；

6.具有一定分析解决问题的能力，良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神。

To meet the fast advancement of project R&D, we are looking for two top managers who will fill the positions of chief scientific officer (CSO) and vice president (VP) respectively. The candidates should have solid background in cell biology, or antibody development, or cell line generation and cell line processing, and have comprehensive experiences in biological drug development in industrial area abroad.
