岗位职责：
1. 全面负责40人以上中外教师团队的管理，及时汇报给CEO；
2. 统筹管理及编排开发每月1000节以上瑜伽课程；
3. 做好业务规划及预算编制；
4. 合同管理及工资核算；
5. 协助参与招聘/培训过程；
6. 配合执行方案，实现目标；
7. 部门行政管理；

任职资格：
1. 企业管理/营销或管理类专业本科以上学历；
2. 优秀的英语口语及书面能力（母语中文）有国外留学经验者优先；
3. 敏锐的商业感知能力及业务规划；
4. 5-8年以上企业管理经验（3年以上经理岗位管理经验）；
5. 热衷推广瑜伽文化，工作主动，有责任感和道德感；
6. 能带动他人的服务热情，展现令人信服的自我价值；
7. 思维活跃有创造力，出色的判断力及解决问题的能力；

Job description:
1. The mission of this role is to continuously improving, enriching and growing our yoga programs, that aims at an unparalled standard of excellence for our members and meeting business goals including attendance and retentions
2. Overall responsibility for the management of Chinese and foreign teachers ' team of 40 or more
3. Fully responsible for organization and development for more than 1000 yoga courses per month
4. As part of the senior management team to strategize, and growing the company and the team
5. Full administration and budgeting responsilities for the Progam team, a team of 4 currently
6. Lead recruitment initiatives for top quality teachers from all over the world and locally, manage our international visiting teachers’ program

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Native Chinese speaker with complete English fluency
2. Bachelor or higher education in any commerial discipline
3. 5-8 years working experience, preferably 3 years or more in a management role.
4. Organized and highly effective as a team player
5. Proven background in people management and leadership, an outgoing personality
6. Active yogi with all-rounded knowledge on the subjects of yoga and wellness preferred
7. Candidate with higher qualification and experience will be considered for the Program Director position
