Job description:

- Responsible contact for all those customer quality issues with all concerned customs after SOP.

- Bring all customer complains regarding to the 0km and field problems to the plant and respond quickly to customer.

- Organize problem resolving regarding to customer complains.

- Responsible provide 8D report to the customer for Brose product quality problems.

- Strongly support customer to clarify whether the problems come from our product quality.

- Support customer team to communicate with customer concerning quality problems.

- supplier corrective action responses and conduct follow-up verification.

- Improve channels of communication between Brose Beijing and customers with problem-solving and resolution.

- Responsible to organize to close quality issues in SAP.

- Report regularly for customer quality data regarding to 0km and field.

- Internal support each customer team and production team with customer quality issues, as need.

- Responsible process and product quality in the production line.

- Responsible to calculate and collect all statistic report in daily/ weekly/ monthly.

- Support production line to continuous improve process/product quality.

- Improve channels of communication between production and other departments with problem-solving and resolution.

- Communicate all necessary follow-up actions need.

- Comunication with quality department regarding to the quality issue.

- Tasks that are for the benefit of the Brose Beijing operation assigned by Quality Manager or the General Manager. (These tasks could be cross functional)

Job requirement:

- Educational and professional training/relevant experience

- Minimum Bachelor degree level engineer in a Mechanical field

- Minimum 3 years experience in product Engineering or in Quality management in the automotive industry or ancillary industry.

- Good communication skill with internal and external.

- Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and quality planning methods; the production methods in use

- Basic knowledge of environmental law and environmental technology; Certified and auditor; APQP, PPAP, MSA, 8D

- Fluent English, both speaking and writing
