职位描述
Major Tasks:
· Manage the quality related issues in manufacturing plant(s)
· Ensure the implementation of adequate evaluation tools, e.g.: Product inspection and testing, process/product audits, measurement equipment management, appropriate SPC techniques, etc.
· Ensure that processes needed for the QMS are established, implemented and maintained
· Ensure that Customer's and internal requirements are addressed, and satisfied.
· Promote Customer satisfaction/success and manage quality related issues with customers;
· Manage quality related issues with suppliers (in line with the corresponding internal / Corporate Purchasing Department/Headquarters Purchasing Department)
· Drive continuous improvement for quality related issues / processes; e.g. by evaluating and developing improved techniques for the control of the quality and reliability of the products.
· Promote awareness of the importance of the key quality related jobs within the operation;
· Management of personnel and resources assigned to provide quality support to the shop floor and internal/external Customers.
· Provide quality related internal / external training for all employees; e.g. training for new employees.
· Production data & records collection and measuring.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
· University degree or above in Engineering or equivalent
Experience:
· At least three to five years Quality Assurance experience at a supervisory/management level or equivalent in automotive components manufacturing industry or automotive supply industry
· Statistics knowledge with SPC.
· PPAP, APQP experience
· Knowledge of the Quality Program Standard ISO 9001:2000, TS 16949
· Eight D, Six sigma problem solving tools
· Highly level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
· High level of analytical ability
· Results oriented and good team player.
· Good command of English, especially reading and writing
· Well know documents and records regulations
· Various gage usage
· Rich experience of CP, MSA, and PSW etc.
