职位描述：
主要职责：
1. 负责相关项目的文献查阅，以及下级研究人员的图谱。确证完成部分项目合成路线的合理设计。
2. 根据设计好的方案进行人员、试剂等实验资源的统筹安排。
3. 负责监督项目进展，对出现的问题给予及时的解决。
4. 参加与客户的工作汇报会议和基本的客户交流。
5. 对下级员工的工作给予指导，并对其进行必要的培训。
6. 按规范书写实验记录、实验报告及客户报告。

任职要求：
1. 博士学历，或硕士毕业三年以上,本科5年以上工作经验，有机化学或药物化学相关专业。
2. 精通各类有机合成反应，具备基本的团队管理技能。
3. 良好的责任心及团队协作精神。
4. 具有熟练的英语阅读和书写能力。 举报 分享
