职位描述：
- 负责部门考勤管理；
- 办公设备、用品的管理；
- 执行、宣导完善公司的相关管制制度；
- 员工招聘、考勤、社保、福利的人事流程的执行；
- 员工人事信息管理及员工档案维护；
- 负责公司日常出纳，现金的收付；
- 负责记录和管理现金日记账、银行存款日记账统计；
- 负责申请、发放办公用品及教材；
- 负责上级主管交办出差安排等各项工作；
- 完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
职位要求：
- 专科以上文化学历，人力资源、管理类专业者优先考虑；
- 多年相关行政工作经验者，年龄在30岁左右；
- 较强的组织管理及沟通协调能力，有出纳或财会经验者优先考虑；
- 工作细致，认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力及职业素养；
- 可以进行日常及基本的商务英语会话。
