- 协助总经理完成公司日常运营的监督和管理；
- 负责团队建设，企业文化执行，拥有良好的人员管理技能，有统筹协调能力；
- 协调各部门关系，带领团队完成公司总体指标和任务；
- 建立和完善公司管理体系，提高团队合作和公司运行效率。
职位要求：
- 本科以上学历，有一定外语能力；
- 五年以上公关公司、媒体公司、会展公司等相关行业工作经验，至少2年以上高级管理经验；
- 优秀的团队领导力及沟通协调能力，执行力较强，较强的逻辑思维能力、文字组织能力；准确的市场判断力、应变能力；
- 良好的职业心态与素养，强烈的责任心和敬业精神，能够全身心投入工作中；
- 具有创业精神，能吃苦耐劳。
