岗位职责：

1.负责稳定细胞株构建项目，包括细胞培养，转染，细胞株筛选，细胞建库和稳定性实验等；

2.负责细胞株筛选检测等的具体操作，如ELISA,Fortebio等；

3.配合项目设计人员完成具体实验，态度端正，操作认真细心，及时准确完成实验报告；

4.负责相关实验设备的清洁，保养和维护等其他实验室支持工作。

岗位要求：

1.本科及以上学历，生命科学或医学相关专业；

2.具有良好的无菌操作经验，有稳定细胞株构建工作经历优先；

3.熟悉抗体鉴定和检测相关分析技术，如ELISA,SDS-PAGE,Fortebio,HPLC等；

4.能准确及时记录实验数据并合理分析，完成实验记录和报告；

具有良好的沟通能力，团队合作能力和英语读写能力
