工作职责
负责公司质量方针和质量体系在本部门的贯彻、实施和运行
负责技术部的日常运作全面管理
负责集团产品配方和本地R&D配方在本厂及时有效地实施，即时解决原料、配方、工艺等技术问题
负责原料、产品质量的品质保证及产品质量投诉的处理
负责不合格品的评审和处理，参与制定纠正和预防措施
负责对积压旧原料、旧漆及质量问题漆的处理提出解决方案
负责确保相关产品证书，计量和技术检测设备处于有效状态
协调组织企业标准的编制、申报及跟进
负责部门内人员组织的建立、培训、培养及调配
完成上级领导临时交给的工作任务。
任职要求
本科以上学历，化学、高分子学科等化工类相关专业
至少10年以上涂料工作经验
强大的涂料原料、配方、生产及应用等专业知识的背景
熟练的英语读写及口头沟通能力
熟练IS09001、ISO14001、OHSAS18001
