Footwear designer/Developer (Luwan/Dapuqiao)

Shoe Designer/Developer
We are a fast growing U.S. Branded outdoor footwear Company. Located in Shanghai Dapuqiao area.

We are looking for a talented, motivated footwear designer who would like to work in an international environment in Shanghai. Must be self sufficient and able to work in a team environment.

Job description:
Footwear Design: Communicating directly with US design department to ensure the highest design quality for the shoe range ( EVA flip flops/slippers, hiker, sport sandals, snow boot, etc.)your role will be to prototype,develop,accelerate & improve the footwear development process, sourcing material, managing samples, traveling to factories, working with factory sample rooms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree
2+ years design and/or material sourcing experience.
Good personality and good communication skill
Computer literacy (Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel and Word)
Good communication in both Chinese and English, both written and spoken
Self-motivated, flexible, service minded with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work on several activities and handle multi-tasks
Be able to work under pressure
