Salary
Full-time job based in Shanghai (Puxi) close to Metro (line1,2,8,10) and Bus hub
Fixed Salary + bonuses (around Gross RMB4500RMB/Month the 1st year, gross RMB5500 Monthly the 2nd year, gross RMB6500 the 3rd year)

You will join the technical department and will be managed by the local manager in Shanghai and by the worldwide manager located in Paris (France). You will belong to Videoconciergerie department. You will receive training to our business and our technical tools.

Your mission will be:
To help our VIP customers with their videoconference issues
To schedule and to monitor videoconference/infrastructure
To follow the customer's requests/ticketing
