职位描述：
Our Quality Assurance & Control Manager work directly with partner for hight quality produciton with the plush toy and other related products industry.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBLITYIES
     *Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications;conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials;
     *Approves in -process production by confirming specifications;conducting visual and measurement tests; communicationg required adjustments to production superisor;
     *Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work;
     *Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; recommends process improvement;
    *Travels to tradeshows a few times each year to explain quality to key clients;
    * Maintains safe and healthy work enviroment; complies with legal regulations;
    *Accomplishes organizational mission by completing related results as need.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
     *5-10 years of relevant experience
     *Excellent communication skill in Mandarin and basic spoken and written English
     *Goal driven and target oriented with a track record of being an initiative taker
     *40+ years old
