职位描述：
Job Responsibilities
1、 Formulate and implement long-term, medium-term & annual planning of human resources development; oversee and monitor the human resources planning to ensure the effective implementation
2、 Lead and manage all-round human resources functions across Mainland China
3、 Formulate and develop company manpower planning & job allocation system, human resources management system, remuneration & benefits scheme, personnel records management system, employee handbooks, training programs and other policies & procedures and regulations to cope with the company business plans and development strategies
4、 Responsible for the development, implementation and review of employee remuneration programs
5、 Responsible for establishing the company's training system and implement annual training plan; handle company’s management training & development; supervise and evaluate the progress and effectiveness

Job Requirements
1、 University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
At least 10 years of relevant experience with 5 years at managerial level in sizable company. ISO9001 experience is definitely advantage.
2、 Strong in recruitment, employee relations, training, remuneration and benefits, specialize in talent acquisition and performance management
3、 Experienced in enterprise human resources management concept and China regulations and policies
4、 Excellent in organizational development, talent development, skills training and corporate culture
5、 Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and organizational development perspective
6、 Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to solve complex problems
7、Base in Shanghai, China and Business Travel is required occasionally 举报 分享
