职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Work with outside vendors to ensure accuracy and timeliness of tradeshow services and materials
2. Align resources to support marketing events including booth and related items, promotion gifts, printing，media, staffing, etc.
3. Negotiate agreements with outside service providers and subcontractors to ensure lowest cost and highest quality of service
4. Manage and monitor marketing activity related administrative tasks including filing purchase requisitions, logistics,
5. Post-activity wrap up and paperwork, warehousing returned materials etc
6. Provide occasional support for unplanned marketing events
7. Cross-department cooperation to maximize the effectiveness of the activities
8. Appropriately schedule and manage projects to meet deadlines
9. Business gift purchasing based on sales team's requirement analysis and maintain stock inventory
10. Finding new suppliers and creating data base
11. Special projects and assignments as ordered by superior and required by business.
12. Provide ideas to improve department and company.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, advertising or related major;
2. 2+ years of solid experience in public relations or marketing communications;
3. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English;
4. Good ability to analyze need, create plan, communicate clearly and execute;
5. Good ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high quality of work.
6. Conversant in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop software
