职位描述：
Overview:
Support engineer to setup and operate the mechanical and vibration test
Conduct the test according to the test WI and standard which test engineer provided
Responsible for auto dedicated test fixture and equipments maintenance

Responsibilities（职责）:
Understand correctly the test method, plan, procedure or specific requirement from customer.
正确理解测试方法,计划,流程和特定的客户要求。
Perform necessary mechanical testing and vibration setup and testing
进行机械相关的测试及振动样品的安装及测试操作。
Work with test engineer on test setup preparation and sample installation.
协助测试工程师完成测试设备的准备及样品安装。
Operate the test machine per standard testing procedure and record the test data.
按照标准操作流程操作设备进行测试并记录测试数据。
Assist test engineer on test result analysis and testing efficiency improvement.
协助测试工程师对测试结果的分析及测试效率的改进。
Test equipment reservation and utilization ratio improvement.
对测试所需设备的预定及设备利用率的提升。
Daily update on test progress and equipment operation status.
及时跟进测试的进展和测试设备的运行状态。
Strictly follow test lab procedures, test instruction, rules and relevant regulations to ensure safe equipment operation and maintain test area clean.
严格遵守实验室流程及相关管理规定，确保设备运行安全测试区域整洁。
Support test team manager/leader to develop new test capability and competency.
支持测试主管经理发展新的测试能力和资质拓展。

Qualifications/Experience/Skills（技能经验要求）:
College graduated or vocational school in Engineering – mechanical, electrical engineering or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years related experience on lab electrical test, background on soldering and manual welding on electronic components are preferred.
大学或专科以上学历，机械或电气相关领域，至少三年以上实验室电气测试经验，有电子元器件手工焊接经验优先。
Ability to understand IEC/ISO test standard and technical documents.
能理解IEC/ISO相关的测试标准及技术文件。
Knowledge of Lab test flow and test equipment specification.
了解实验室测试流程和常用测试设备技术规格。
Proven strong practical ability and experience of the test sample preparation and test machine operation.
熟练的测试样品准备和设备操作技能。
Self-motivated and accountable.
有上进心和责任心。
Good interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills. Good time management skills.
良好的人际交往和沟通能力及时间管理能力。
Basic English in reading and writing.
