职位描述：
·Maintain and develop WGQ handbook, traffic, shipping and forwarding procedures to support WGQ plant operation as well as project delivery.
·Select capable and experienced personnel for the traffic team and continually work with them to develop and improve their capabilities, and manage the WGQ team.
·Work in tight relationship with all business sections to recognize areas where support is needed and propose actions taken.
·Responsible for WGQ cost allocation.
·Maintain relationship with WGQ Customs and other logistic related authorities to make smooth deliveries in/out of China
·Work with related unit and support all over China logistics activities as well as the cooperation with Finland and Sweden logistics.
·Generate or assemble necessary documents needed for transportation and customs clearance, e.g. proforma invoice, packing list, certificates, L/C documents according to laws and regulations
·Certificate of Origin Application
·Update the manufacture e-handbook everyday
·Follow-up and inform the status of deliveries, report delays or damages
·Ensure INCOTERMS compliance
·Give shipping instructions and advice to own personnel, suppliers or other related parties
·Inform personnel of issues related to forwarding, e.g. prices, ways and times of delivery, customs protocol
·Review own work procedure and find improvement possibilities
·File and archive documents related to delivery
·Other tasks related logistics functions assigned by management

职位要求：
Prior experience in transportation or other logistics area
?Expertise in import/export documents preparation
?Strong problem solving, communication and analytical skills
?Ability to work under pressure over long periods of time
?Strong PC skills, preferably prior experience of ERP system
?Good English both for the oral and written.
