DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Build up China R&D New Product Development team.
? Drive China team to be the center of excellence on Mechanical Design and Rectifiers Design.
? Optimize new product development process, reduce the total cycle time.
? New product planning, work closely with marketing and sales.
? Resolve technical issues, mechanical or electrical.
? Develop supplier tooling capability.
? Manage and monitor new tooling fabrication, First Article Review, Product approval and validation.
? Evaluation and approval of off-tool parts, sub assembly, finished products and preparation of engineering drawings.
? ECN coordination and implementation.
? Conducting appropriate engineering evaluation to improve productivity, efficiency and quality standard.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education Bachelor or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related
Working Experience Minimum 8 years working experience in electronics products development, auto alternators or starters R&D experience is a plus
Job Skill
/Knowledge ?
Project Management in the field Experience.
Good knowledge in plastic injection molding, metal stamping, aluminum extrusion, die casting, SMT, thick film substrate design and manufacturer.
Certification Familiar with TS16949
Language Skill Fluent English in oral and writing
PC Skill Knowledge of E Cad/Auto Cad, Solid Works and MS Office
Personality / Attitude 1, A strong sense of responsibility and initiative
