Mission of Function

Responsible to meet or exceed order intake and sales margin targets assigned by the Service Team Leader - Sales.

Reports to Service Team Leader/Service Manager - Sales.

Contacts

Internal: Service team, solution team, SBT commercials, project team, contracts manager, procurement and logistics.
External: Customers, design institute, general contractors, M&E contractors, etc.
Tasks

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks

What - How - Why

Develop good customer relationship to achieve order intake target for service business

Supervise and organise all bid preparation works and takes responsibility for LoA preparation and submission.

Updates Sales funnel monthly and ensure accuracy of sales funnel database.

Effect a proper sales-to-project hand over of secured order.
