Closure SQA engineers 3 (1 for door hinge/Door Stop, 1 for window lifter, 1 for sealing，basic roles for 3 positions are the same, just need to adapt to different products)

Job Description:
1、Lead door hinge etc localization development
2、Analyze and confirm product definition, technical specification, RPS and tolerance, manufacturing process, etc, prepare supplier RFQ file.
3、Audit supplier technical proposal, and lead supplier development conformity with OEM’s requirement.
4、Follow up component development progress, analyze OTS quality and propose solution.
5、Participate supplier evaluation according to OEM’s localization procedure.
6、Compile relative technical documents, e.g BOM, product validation plan, key product and process characteristic.
7、Alarming the risk of the door system accessories development regarding cost, quality, progress, tooling, etc. Support and organize supplier to take effective action plan to eliminate risks.
8、To be responsible for supplier tracking, technical support and communication, drive supplier to deliver on time with good quality.
9、Follow up off line and on line assembly quality in OEM plant, propose technical solution and action plan.


Qualifications:
1. 3+ years work experience in Closure （door hinge/Door Stop, window lifter, sealing etc） product company;
2. Familiar with TS16949 and other QC standard;
3. Bachelor degree or above in relative profession, such as: vehicle engineering


职位描述：
1. 跟踪车门铰链相关零件国产化开发进度；
2. 分析和确认产品的定义，技术规范，RPS和公差，制造工艺等，准备供应商的报价文件：
3. 审核供应商的技术建议，确保供应商的开发符合OEM要求；
4. 跟踪相关零件的开发进度，分析OTS的质量，并提出解决方案；
5. 根据OEM的国产化，参与供应商的评估；
6. 编制附件相关技术资料，如零部件明细表、产品标准等，编制相关的试验大纲、产品工艺特性；
7. 针对报警门系统配件有关的成本、质量、模具、进度等进行早期预警，组织制定合理、有效的措施规避项目风险；
8. 负责与供应商的跟踪、技术支持和沟通，保证供应商按时交货，且品质优良；
9. 跟踪OEM工厂模具调试，线外、线上预批量质量，提出技术方案与行动计划。

任职资格：
1. 3年以上汽车开闭件门铰链生产企业相关工作经验；
2. 熟悉TS16949以及其他质量相关标准；
3. 本科以上学历，车辆工程等相关专业
