职位描述：
Conexant is looking for an individual with passion for voice and audio processing to become a part of the Audio DSP Engineering team. Conexant has been in the forefront of developing state of the art voice processing algorithms that have enabled robust speech recognition performance and crystal clear voice communication, on various consumer products. In this role you will be a part of a close knit team responsible for developing state of the art voice and audio algorithms. You will be working closely with algorithm developers to integrate, validate, debug and release new audio technologies. You will be expected to gain good understanding of the algorithms and use them as a building blocks to make DSP systems that meet customer needs. This includes

? Configure and deploy DSP system
? Evaluate algorithm and system performance through simulations and testing
? Resolve customer performance issues
? Provide feedback and develop suggestions for future product enhancements or improvements

 Job Requirements

? MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and 3+ years’ experience, PhD is preferred
? Strong understanding of digital signal processing
? Good knowledge of voice signal processing algorithms, like acoustic echo cancellation and noise reduction
? Work experience of voice signal processing algorithms or audio signal processing algorithms
? Good programming skills and experience with scripting languages (Tcl, Perl, etc) is preferred.
? Ability to work independently and to drive tasks and issues to closure
