职位描述：
Responsibility:
NPD
-Evaluate and develop measurement methods and inspection standards based on part or product definition, for use in IQC, IPQC, OQC, ORT and OBA.
-Set up and implement the quality plan with NL QE and NPD team, based on a thorough analysis and understanding of the process capabilities.
-The QE engineer validates the PPAP documentation before part release in case of new parts.
-Perform training to operators in order to develop an understanding of the critical to quality functions and processes, and by this guarantee a complying product.
-Lead to summarizes and track Pilot run and/or TMP quality issue； work with the NPD team in defining corrective actions towards the launch plan.
-Coach some professional knowledge and products control requirements for junior Quality Engineers to improve their competence.

Requirements:

Education Jr. Quality Engineer
College degree or above, major in （mechanical） engineering

Experience
-0 to 3 years working experience quality engineering area.
-Textile industry experience is a plus.

Specific knowledge
-Good understanding and proven track record in usage of ‘Seven basic tools of quality‘.
-Good understanding of 8D problem solving skills, including 5-why, DMAIC or LAMDA；experience with six sigma is a plus.
-Basic Understanding of Quality Management Systems （ISO9001）.
-Good English skills, both verbal and in writing.
-Basic statistical software skills, in Excel and/or Minitab.
-Preferred is basic knowledge of the Design-of-Experiments methodology.
-Preferred experience with 5 TS16949 tools （MSA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, FMEA）.
-Preferred experience with Lean Development tools. 举报 分享
