职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for building up knowledge on materials and production technologies and make them accessible for all people in innovation projects.
2.Provide guidance and support to the project teams regarding material and production process selection.
3.To come up with different ideas for materials and production processes in concept phase.
4.Cooperate with CMT to determine the technical capability of suppliers by providing mapped production processes and performing a technical audit in Asia and Europe.
5.Cooperate with SPD to improve performance or to solve in-market issues on materials and production processes.
6.Material knowledge: Ability to apply in depth knowledge of applicable materials
7.Material application: Ability to apply relevant materials in the concept/product.
8.Production technology knowledge: Ability to apply in depth knowledge of applicable production techniques in design and engineering.
9.Design for manufacturing: Ability to apply relevant production techniques for producing the concept/product. Deliver and agree on external DFM with supplier.
10.NC support on technical issues, close cooperation with the supplier to discuss issues and solutions.

Recruitments：
Education
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, industrial process engineering, automotive engineering, chemistry or material science.

Experience

3 years structural, chemical or product engineering experience in fitness equipment, bicycles, automotive, stroller or other mobility consumer product.

Specific knowledge
1.Good skills in 3D/2D Solid Works and data management software.
2.Good understanding about injection mold, injection, extrusion, assembly process and metal manufacturing processes.
3.Good knowledge of plastic and metal materials.
4.Experience with and understanding of tools like FMEA, CTQ, PPAP, 8D and statistical analysis tools.
5.Good skills in strength calculation and structural design.
6.Good communication skills in writing, speaking and documenting in both English and Mandarin. 举报 分享
