- Provide good representation of the company policy and delivery instructions to both internal and external contacts;

- Work together with local team to achieve company's objectives;

- Coordinate and attend to buyer's visit;

- Assist and actively participate in sample development for buyers in DK, keep abreast of changing customer needs;

- Coordinate order placement;

- Communication order status with buyer/senior, track orders and forecast delays and prevent it or minimize it's impact;

- Communicate to buyer/senior about new product development, competitors activity, market trends etc;

- Communicate with supplier about order requirement, ensure smooth order follow up;

- Evaluate supplier's performance together with quality department, address quality issues jointly with quality department;

- Guide subordinate in the detail work of handling each other.
