Major Responsibilities:

* Take charge of the Human Resource process, including job analysis, intelligence collection, interviewing, performance management, legal contract management, welfare policy, etc.
* Assist General Manager to develop and maintain job specifications, organizational charts, training programs, and other relative projects.
* Carry out HSE policy to ensure the company, factory, laboratory, employee, supplier and community' safety, quality control and ISO 9001/14001/TS16949 management expectation.
* Provide professional HR and Administrative support and guidance to ensure the business creates an environment in which employees and suppliers can develop and operate to the highest standards from a legal, ethical and diversity standpoint, in line with the strategies of the company

Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in HR, Education, Management, English or related majors are preferred.
* At least 5 years of relevant working experience, in famous multinational national or high-tech enterprise, especially in the position of training, recruiting, HSE(Heath, Safety and Environment) and human resources management
* Extremely familiar with the local government and communities employment law and policies
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good command of English and computer skills.
* Aggressive, enthusiastic, tuff and able to work under pressure
