Role Description
Position Title: Interior Designer
Reports To: Head of Interior Design
Direct Reports: No
Location: naked Base Camp, Shanghai, China

Core responsibilities:
-？ Develop effective and proficient communication (written/spoken/sketches) with all team members
- ？ Maintain understanding of design concept and participate in design process
-？ Draw & draft all plans, RCP, elevations, details, etc. as required for projects
-？ Coordination with internal design team (FF&E & project designers) as required for project(s)
-？ Participate in design and development of projects including space planning, design of interior spaces for plan, RCP, elevations and details from concept design phase up to construction documentation
-？ Develop digital model as required per project need
-？ Develop detail drawings for construction
-？ Review construction shop drawings
-？ Resolve drawings and documentation in all views
-？ Incorporate the proper information on all drawings as agreed on the project (finishes, FF&E, callouts, electrical and other devices, dimensions, targets, etc.)
-？ Complete review of all drawings packages for design, accuracy, and completeness
-？ Assist on rendering, sketches and presentation drawings
-？ Encourage to increase CAD proficiency and awareness of design/details

Core Competencies & Technical knowledge/ Skills:
-？ 5 - 8 years working experience of interior design
-？ Skilled in use of CAD, Sketch Up and Photoshop etc.
-？ Good English, comfortable working with an international team
-？ Material and FF&E knowledge is preferred
-？ Design experience of hotel or resorts is preferred
