职位描述

Main job:

1.Familiar with the office furniture market environment, integration and optimization of market information to develop sales targets and strategies, planning and organizing the implementation of marketing projects, guide and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.

2.Expand customer resources, develop promotional programs ,create and maintain sales system, promote and enhance the company's business development.

3. Visits to customers, develop project design solution and quotation , improve customer satisfaction, sign the the sale contract. Collect and analyze customer feedback,complaints, maintain and expand customer relationships.

4. For the department needs and job features, training of sales representatives and performance management, training staff capacity, improve departmental efficiency.

Entry requirment:

1. Male or female, college education, 25 - 30 years old, major not limited.

2 .3 years office furniture sales experience.

3. 2 years sales team management experience.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational and coordination capacity.

5. Rich resources of the office furniture market and customer channel priority.

6. Good English communication skills.

工作内容：

1. 熟悉办公家具市场环境，针对市场信息进行整合优化，制定销售目标和战略，规划并组织实施销售项目，指导管理销售团队完成销售目标。

2. 拓展公司市场客户渠道，制定推广方案，建立并维护公司销售体系，促进并提升公司业务发展。

3. 走访客户，针对客户需求制定项目设计方案和相关报价，提升客户满意度，完成销售合同签订。收集并分析客户意见，反馈，投诉，维护并拓展客户关系。

4. 针对部门需要和岗位特点，对销售代表进行培训并进行绩效管理，培养员工能力，提升部门效率。

人员条件：

1.男女不限，大专以上学历，25——30岁，专业不限。

2 三年以上相关行业销售经验。

3.二年以上销售团队管理经验。

4.较强的人际交往和沟通能力，优秀的组织管理协调能力。

5.有丰富相关市场资源和客户渠道优先。

6.良好的英语口语沟通能力。
