1) Fulfil manpower requirements of SI China via different channels 通过不同渠道完成SI China的招聘需求；
2) Conduct screening and talent assessment 简历和电话筛选并评估候选人；
3) Manage headcount forecast and recruitment budget 管理人头数预测和招聘预算；
4) Develop recruitment channels and optimize recruitment process 维护和拓宽招聘渠道，优化招聘流程；
任职要求：
1)College or university degree ；大专或者本科在读学生，专业不限；
2)Be good at Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. and workable written/oral English; 熟练使用办公软件；具备英语进行书面和口头交流能力；
