With continued increasing customer growth, market penetration and associated volume demand, we are urgently seeking to recruit in Hong Kong two high caliber experienced processionals to fulfill the important role of:

Principle Accountabilities

· Be the first point of contact for enquiries from Customer Service team members regarding stock levels and delivery arrangements with logistics service providers.

· Facilitate and manage the delivery process flow from Customer Service enquiry through to final delivery on-board customer vessel, liaising with Customer Service and delivery logistics service providers as required.

· Maintain ownership of the entire delivery process, through to the actual delivery that is made to the vessel, ensuring that an On Time In Full performance is always achieved.

· Provide operational and administrative support to facilitate the flow of marine lubricants from blenders through delivery logistics service providers to end customer on-board vessel deliveries.

· Monitor stock levels at with warehouse operators and logistics service providers. Work closely with our partners and the Operations and Supply Chain Manager to ensure stock inventories are maintained at agreed levels (MSLs).

· Support the Global Supply Chain Team in arranging replenishment of products. Utilise company inventory systems to ensure data is maintained accurately and on a timely basis.

· Monitor and identify supply/distribution issues with logistics service providers.

· Monitor and manage costs incurred with logistics service providers, optimizing transport solutions and selection of appropriate delivery methods.

· Distribute updated Gulf Marine price lists to logistics service providers and distributors each month.

· Provide support and assist the Operations and Supply Chain Manager in managing 3rd party blender, supply and logistics service provider performance - inclusive of all aspects including cargo receipt, storage and handling, product manufacturing and warehousing.

· Be safety aware ensuring all corporate related activities and operations comply with best practice ethical, legislative and HSSE standards at all times.

Experience and Qualifications Required

· Degree holder in marine Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.

· Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience, with experience in the Marine industry or related oil environment preferred.

· Knowledge and experience in either inland or marine supply, logistics and operations.

· Experienced in inventory process and control.

· Experienced in managing the performance of 3^rd Party Suppliers and Logistics Service Providers

· Proficient in supply chain planning, cost analysis, business forecasting and inventory optimisation. Strong in Excel and PowerPoint Presentation.

· Highly customer focused and motivated to ensure excellent supply chain and operations performance is maintained for customers. Passion for ensuring customer needs are fully met.

· Excellent communication skills and networking capabilities.

· Self-motivated, confident, ability to work independently and effectively in virtual/remote capacity. Experienced in working within an international business environment preferred.

· Fluent in Mandarin and English – other regional specific languages would be highly regarded.
