Adcom activates customers. With a strong presence on our selling market in Switzerland we ensure that business contacts convert into customer leads, leads into customers and customers in loyal customers. The combination of digital and traditional in-house customer activation tools is unique in Switzerland.

The strategic business unit Promotion with the daughter company Adcom (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. based in Shanghai offers customized promotional products and merchandising solutions for Swiss customers. We generate ideas and design, organize production and distribution. We offer basic promotional products, adequate give-aways or VIP-customer gifts. In the merchandising business we moreover offer distribution services, communication to end customer, market activation as well as marketing and sales measure¬ments. Swisscom, FIFA, EMMI, Credit Suisse are just some of our well-known customers and we handle merchandising for SCB, YB and ETH.

Due to internal job rotation we are currently looking for a

Junior Procurement/Project Manager in Shanghai

In this position you strongly support our headquarter in Switzerland with different topics.

Source Suppliers. This task includes sourcing new supplier according to given specification through shows, internet, catalogue etc. afterwards this supplier and his products need to be evaluated within the given process.

Project Support. Apart from sourcing new supplier you also support our headquarter in Switzerland for on-going projects. This includes local support like visiting supplier, checking local forwarding topics; insure samples send out to headquarter etc.

Supplier Relationship Management. Our top 10 suppliers in China request special relationship management. This means regular contact by phone, e-mail and in case needed also visiting supplier. Furthermore these suppliers will be developed to become BSCI suppliers.

Quality Management. All sourcing projects from China will go through a quality management process defined by headquarter. This may include a quality check done by third party or done by Adcom (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. itself. This means booking inline and/or pre-shipment quality check online or performs these quality checks on your own at supplier side according to AQL level and given quality plan from headquarter.

General administrational tasks. In addition to above mentioned main tasks and responsibilities you will also help in office organisation. This may include arrangements of payments, weekly reports to General Manager in Switzerland but also flawless workflow and documentation by using internal forms and procedures. Furthermore there may be some special projects hand over from General Manager of Adcom (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

For this exciting and diversified job with high personal responsibility we are looking for a new employee with following attributes
？ Good understanding of sourcing and trading processes
？ Experience in sourcing market of give away's and merchandising products
？ Accurate and reliable method of working
？ Efficient usage of MS-Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook
？ Written and oral communication at least in Chinese (Mandarin) and English. Cantonese and German are an additional plus.
？ Must have Shanghai Hukou
