To support the fast and sustainable growth, PEER China Sales now invites high caliber personnel to take up the position of Segment Senior Sales Engineer. The position will be located in Guangzhou and report to the Segment Sales Manager.
Job Summary
This role is to strengthen the overall capability of segment team in South China.
Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will perform the following key responsibilities and other functions that may be assigned in the future.
· Plan and implement sales activities to achieve defined targets and support the Company business strategies.
· Actively explore new customers and sales opportunities, and strengthen relation with customers through total customer account management including both direct sales and indirect sales support.
· Strengthen business cooperation in existing customers to maintain business and develop new opportunities.
· Manage and coordinate the main sale processes for customers independently.
· Self initiatively arrange work, time and resource in an effective way
· Identify opportunities, promote and sell value added service and solutions to end customers in various industrial groups.
· Collects market intelligence proactively to monitor competitors and market development, to identify business opportunities and to recommend new way of doing business.
· Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
· 5-8 years successfully sales working experience in machinery industry, preferable from DGBB Bearing industry with business in Electric, food, transmission, material handling and BOPP industry
· Willing to travel up country in the responsible provinces/cities and visit industrial customers
· Strategical thinking for business development in a bigger regional scope of the responsible areas
· Good communication and analytical skills to identify and develop business opportunities, good selling skills to take these opportunities.
· Good computer skills and familiar with Office software, Word, Excel, PPT and mail system.
· Good English especially in read and written, preferable good spoken English
· Service-minded, self motivated and ambitious to undertake front line sales job pressure
· Have innovation mindset and team work spirit
