职位描述：
Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position
 
? Manage IT Leadership expectations including balancing immediate analysis and reporting needs
? Own and maintain AP MS&S IT metrics
? Maintain the MS&S IT strategy map and report on commonality and alignment with global strategy
? Prepare and maintain the BPR documents for AP MS&S Governance forums
? Provide input to Global MSS IT strategy, planning and reporting including supporting start-up of global MSS Domain Models.
? Support the AP MSS IT innovation effort through industry analysis and realization of innovation opportunities.
? Drive MSS budget planning and forecasting accuracy strategy and create data templates.
? Assist portfolio manager to bridge the business requirements and IT commitments. 
 
Preferred Previous experiences/ competencies to prepare for the position

? Leadership Functional / Technical
? Ability to influence others with conflicting priorities to achieve team objectives.
? Expertise in data process tools, such as Excel, Tableau or Database programming
? Experience with ITMS and Business Objects is an advantage.
? Ability to effectively engage with peers within the region and across CBG's (time-zones). 
? Experience with BPR documents 
? Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels. 
? An understanding of the MS&S application portfolio is an advantage.
 
Experiences/ competencies expected to be developed while in position

? Leadership Functional / Technical
? Build strong relationships with key IT and business Leaders. ·Gain exposure to Business IT portfolio management process.
? Develop an in-depth knowledge of MS&S business and strategy.
 
Key Deliverables in position
 
? Maintain MS&S ITMS data, continue improving the planning strategy to meet various financial tasks.
? Lead the weekly updating of MS&S IT BPR document by engaging with the various stakeholders
? Lead the preparation and metrics input for the MSS IT Governance Board Meetings
? Support the AP MSS IT transition to operating under the global Domain model
? Support the annual cycle planning process, including billing for consumption to the various entities
? Support the forecasting processes by engaging with the various stakeholders
? Deliver some innovation projects that add value to APA MSS.
