职位描述：
The Engineer Manager - CAE is in a leading role in CAE team to set up and undertake CAE simulations and predictions for HVAC systems and component

Although located at AITS China Technical Centre in Shanghai，this position will support AITS global operations as required

The position will work closely with the respective operational engineering teams to ensure optimal outcome in supplier integration and leverage

Main Function:
1. Lead to set up and undertake CAE simulations and predictions for HVAC systems and components that achieves optimum solution to performance cost quality timing ease of assembly、manufacture-service ability
2. Analyze and verification of benchmarking programs
3. Compile new and innovative design concepts
4. Correlate R&D tests
5. Participate in HVAC design project teams
6. Apply knowledge of aerodynamics, structural mechanics and acoustic to the design of HVAC components and systems
7. Lead the analysis and resolution of HVAC design problems
8. Participate in VA、VE activities
9. Lead project feasibility studies
10. Lead in development and implementation of test plan
11. Coaching and training for CAE team


Selection Criteria:
1. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in written form, with people at all levels within the organization and customers， including effective facilitation and participation in meetings
2. Demonstrated competence in the use of computer applications ，including spread sheets word processing project management data bases
3. Proficient in Star CCM+ and its application to Automotive HVAC analysis
4. Proficient in using meshing tools like ANSA or other meshing tools
5. Proficient in FEA tools like Nastran and its application to Automotive HVAC analysis
6. Proficient in the knowledge of aerodynamics and structural mechanics，and its applications to Automotive HVAC analysis or other related applications
7. Familiar with wheel and acoustic knowledge and its applications will be appreciated
8. Proficient in English
9. Demonstrated ability to participate and contribute within a team environment
10. Successful completion of a relevant tertiary qualification in engineering
11. Demonstrated achievement in application of CAE
12. Demonstrated ability to organize and priorities activities and achieve targets within tight time constraints
13. Project management experience
