职位描述
Marketing Activities / Responsibilities
· Proposal development: support proposal writer in gathering relevant information. ie: content, photos, resumes, client / project related research etc...
· Assembles sales, business development, and project pursuit support materials such as brochures, presentations, articles, newsletter, mailings, etc
· Maintains and updates marketing files and project photos in the China FTP Site
· Collect and update project profiles sheets from a content and graphics standpoint
· Prepare award submissions
· Public Relations - Create new project / client announcements; inform construction related media outlets of Mortenson China projects and clients.
· Prepare presentations for speaking engagements at trade conferences
· Attend client & industry related social events - AmCham, business associations
· Conduct market research on prospective clients and targeted industries - ie: desk research, telemarketing, face-to-face.
Qualifications
· University degree with emphasis in business / marketing
· Minimum 5 years work experience in marketing
· Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite CS4/CS5 (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) required
· Outstanding writing and editing skills (grammar, spelling, conciseness, etc.)
× Excellent oral skills in both Chinese and English
· Good graphic sensitivity/judgment
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Professional attitude
· Attention to detail
· Ability to organize and design information and materials for clear and concise presentation to customers
· Energetic, enthusiastic, loyal and committed to the company and to the specific projects he/she is responsible for
· Ability to juggle multiple assignments--and do each one well in detail
· Works well under pressure/deadlines
· Works well in teaming / collaborative environments
· Reliable and responsive
