职位描述：
岗位职责
1. 对酒店内当天预订和一周预订熟记于心，根据预定情况及时和前厅做好沟通。
2. 向市场销售经理提销售拜访概况报告，提交月销售拜访计划。
3. 反馈信息，保持联系及加强相关合作单位间合作。
4. 修改有关报价信函、合同、推销文书及《备忘录》。
5. 执行订房业务，尤其是协议公司、订房中介及代售异地房业务的预订工作。
6. 联系合作单位，宣传酒店形象。
7. 不断拜访协议公司签订长期协议客户。

岗位要求
1.有一定的销售意识及成功欲望；
2.外表端庄大方，身体健康、干净整洁。
3.善于与人交际，有亲和力，待人热情、友善，有礼貌，性格外向、机警灵活、工作勤奋。
4.熟练掌握销售的方法和推销技巧，并能在工作中灵活运用。
5.熟悉酒店各个部门的运作程序，沟通协调能力强。
6.形象气质佳。
7、吃苦耐劳、忠诚守信，有酒店公寓销售行业经验或中介公司工作经验的优先考虑。
