职位描述 :
- Responsible for detail production and headcount planning according to demand;
- Responsible for keeping the production running in good condition and reach the OEE target for each line;
- Responsible for organize daily, weekly, monthly based PM (Preventive Maintenance) for the production lines;
- Responsible for finding potential problem in the production, and solve it together with engineering team;
- Responsible for running Everest Program (E.G.O. Lean Production System), and CIP project in the production line to improving production efficiency continuously
- Responsible for monitor daily production and daily performance of blue collars including 5S activity
- Responsible for coaching and developing subordinate, to improve their competence
- Responsible for Motivate team members to work as a team
- Responsible for Coordinate and communicate with the related departments
- Responsible for Maintain the workshop organizing, control and maintain production discipline
Job Requirement
任职资格 :
- College or above in Mechanical Engineering or relevant major
- Minimum 3 years management experience in comparable position, experience on automatic production field will be an assets
- Good knowledge and practice experience of lean production tools
- Strong communication skills
- Target and result oriented
- Hands on mentality
- MS office skills
