职位描述：
a. Critical Competency /关键能力

· Good communication skills in English(written and spoken).

· Proactive working attitude and willing to take tasks

· Good skill of problem analysis and report

· Familiar with complete vehicle structure

· Good communication skills and Team work spirit

· Good at CATIA V5

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验

· Bachelors degree, Engineering in Automotive.

. Above 4 years in same position in established OEM or engineering company

c. Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责

· Perform the DMU check (Digital Mock Up ) using CATIA tool for PLATFORM and identify static clearance/interference issue thru DMU check

· Powertrain position and engine bay package study, which be able to provide feasible package scenarios in terms of variants inputs.

· Support CHS alternatives studies in concept project phase by preliminary CAD design.

· Capable to run kinematic simulation by CATIA FIT & KIN to mock up the moving parts travel and identify dynamic clearance/interference issue

· Capable to generate envelop of tire, spring, anti-roll bar and other CHS moving parts.

· Brake line routing

· Support other module group and make proposal for components’ package

· Fulfill ECO CAD review and approval in QPLM thru CATIA DMU check

· Support to define the visual BOM according to project definition.

· Be responsible for Geometry Integration tracking list and tracking all DMU issue resolving.Support SDE to generate design criteria and master section 举报 分享
