Key responsibilities:
?Ultimately accountable for leadership of several teams within Operations Accounting, GFO Sub cluster China, GFO Delivery.
?Leading people through Leaders as well as Employees
?Breathe a positive Leadership style and lead by example.
?To inspire/motivate and engage people around you to perform according to their potential.
?Make people grow by recognising their effort, building trust and showing appreciation.
?Provides short to medium-term tactical direction and operational oversight. Provides advice/input regarding opportunities that could shape future strategy within their area.
?Adapts and executes functional or departmental strategy to achieve key business objectives in area of responsibility.
?Responsibility for functional resources and to plan and act both from a short as well as a long term perspective.
?Management responsibilities for diverse range of activities, providing leadership to other managers and managing a diverse range of activities through others globally.
?To prioritise and focus on activities that drives Health within Volvo Cars Global.
?Ultimately accountable of the accounting and reporting process quality and deliveries, both from a legal company PRC GAAP as well as IFRS perspective, for the Chinese Volvo Cars companies.
Qualification:
?University degree in Finance, or equivalent.
?Around 10 years of experience in Finance or related business
?Very wide and deep experience in several subject areas, such as PRC GAAP, IFRS, Tax regulations etc.
?Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role either as a project manager or a line manager. (in different areas)
?Experience from SAP and Hyperion HFM
?Showing drive and clear leadership behaviors.
?Role model the Volvo Culture
?Wide experience in executing global processes locally and working effectively in a global team.
?Has shown several cross-functional and/or global examples of driving and leading change in the business.
?Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and orally
