招聘启示 – 财务实习生

岗位职责及内容:

负责财务发票及时录入系统

月底及时认证进项发票

开具并寄送销售发票,确保发票寄送的及时和准确性

财务文件的扫描、复印，财务凭证装订、归档

其他上级分配的工作

任职资格:

候选人要求：:

本科大四在校生，财务管理专业优先考虑

有制造业相关财务实习经验者优先考虑

熟练使用office软件，尤其Word，Excel

具备基本英文读写能力

具有团队合作精神，诚实，仔细负责

具备良好地沟通能力，事情跟踪能力及组织能力

其他:

入职后会安排相应的岗位技能培训
