Prepare and follow up daily purchase orders

　　　负责日常订单处理及跟踪

Handle new project purchasing from subsidiary companies request

处理关联公司要求的新项目开发采购事宜　

Oversee the delivery performance of vendors

　　　监督供应商的交货绩效

Check invoice and submit payment request to finance dpt on time

　　　审核发票并按时提交付款申请至财务部门

Update suppliers and materials information in the system

　　　及时在系统中更新供应商和物料信息

Assist to source and secure qualified vendor needed by company

　　　协助并筛选符合公司要求的供应商信息

Negotiate with vendorsin terms of price, availability, delivery, payment term,after service, etc

　　　负责同供应商就产品价格，有效期，交货时间，付款期限和售后服务等方面进行协商

Review vendor quotations and negotiate contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority

　　　在权限及预算范围内比较供应商的报价及采购合同

Discuss defective goods or service(any deviation of shipment/quality/quantity etc)with corresponding personnel, department and take corrective actions

　　　就不良品及后期服务（交期／质量／数量等）与相关部门取得联系并及时采取措施予以纠正

Other tasks assigned by department supervisor

职位要求：

Junior college or above degree, at least three years related industry working experience

大专及以上学历，至少三年相关行业工作经验　

Good communication skill and interpersonal

　　　良好的沟通技巧和人际关系

Mechanical engineering or relevant education background is preferred

机械工程及相关专业背景优先考虑

Good command of listening, reading, speaking and writing English

具备良好的英语听说读写能力

Willing to work under high pressure

　　　愿意承担工作压力

Team work spirit

　　　具有团队合作精神

Familiar with purchasing process and supply chain system

　　　了解采购流程和供应链系统
