职位描述：
Responsibility
- Work with MO Head in preparing IBG1 MI report for all branches/teams and perform business performance analysis, as well as pipeline tracking;
- Work with product partners and supporting units to enhance product / process / service level enhancement and internal control;
- Work with IBG COO office for DOA control for all IBG1 teams;
- Follow up with all to-be-due or overdue reports or outstanding and ensure the completion status of all items; follow up with audit or other inspection findings arising from IBG1 teams;
- Attend meetings and liaise with attendees on the summary minutes of such meetings with special emphasis on resolutions, initiatives and/or special assignments resulting from the meeting;
- Follow up progress on discussions, decisions and/or special assignments to assure timely response by the person(s) with designated responsibility. Monitors the progress and/or lack there of; as necessary and seeks resolution of impediments and motivates results;
- Assist IBG1 MO head in coordination of IBG1 internal activities;
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
-University graduate with major in either Banking, Finance or Accounting;
- At least 4 years of working experience in corporate banking with good knowledge of corporate banking products and operating model;
- Familiar with China banking policies and regulations;
- Logic thinking with risk control mindset and analytical capability;
- Details and results oriented;
- Effective communication and problem solving technique;
- Good command of Microsoft Office skills, including word, excel and ppt. 举报 分享
