Job Description
1. To be actively involved in the development of the International Desk
2. To hire, train and manage the team members for the International Desk
3. To develop the databases for both Ark International and Ark Properties
4. To assist the team set and meet deadlines for the development of the product/services
5. Demonstrate the companies’ values. Seek out opportunities to lead by example and model appropriate behaviours and best practices

1. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
2. Clear communication skills for internal and external relationships
3. Good organisational and time management skills
4. Ability to manage own workload

7. Ability to make professional judgments and decisions occasionally without recourse to manager
