Job description:

1.Receive internal inquiry and provide legal advice in daily work for a widecoverage of PRC law related issues, especially contract,labor,financial,etc.

2.Negotiate,draft,review,modify various legal documents(commercial contracts,purchasing contracts,insurance contracts,consortium contracts,agency contracts, secrecy agreement,license agreement,bank guarantee,etc...)

3.Risk analysis,keep alert to laws update and conduct legal research on assigned issues

4.Manage claims and collections, supervise and coordinate external law firms for arbitration/litigation affairs

5.Deliver internal legal and compliance related trainings

6.Handle insurance issues and contracts on Chinese and expatriates



Quailification:

Education:Undergraduate from a reputable PRC law university is a must, Master of Law preferred
Major:Law
Occupation:Law related
Occupation Experience:Minimum 5year legal professional experience in multinational corporations or reputable law firms; experiences in both preferred
Languages:Good command of written and spoken English
IT:Good PC skills
Key Qualifications(e.g.social or professional):Good communication, team working skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to read, analyze and interpret complex documents
Able to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints

Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
In depth knowledge of economic and general business law is a must and prior in-house experience with an international company
Extensive experience in areas of corporate operating related law and legal practice
Legal counsel role in MNC is a plus
