Department : Cargo / SHA
Job Level : A
Location : Shanghai – Town Office

Responsibilities
• Perform both sales and reservation functions in Shanghai cargo sales team.
• Maximizing capacity utilization of each outbound flight by preparing a proper load-plan in an accurate and timely manner.
• Proactively communicate with agents/customers to grab every opportunity to fill-up the outbound space and maximizing revenue.
• Handle bookings and agents’ enquiries, and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Preparing reports assigned by team leaders.
• Being a proactive and cooperative team player.
• Coordinate with cargo services team for services related issues.
• Liaise with cargo revenue management team for second leg space related issues.
• Occasion sales visits to build rapport with agents/customers.
• Acquire knowledge, and provide seamless service for special products including Priority Lift, Courier Lift, DG Lift, Expert Lift, Pharma Lift, Secure Lift, Live Animal Lift, Fresh Lift, and Wine Lift.

Qualification Required
• University degree holder in any discipline, preferably in aviation, sales, or logistics;
• Possess at least 2 years relevant experience in aviation or logistics industry;
• Good command of both spoken and written English;
• Possess good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skill;
• Can work independently, willing to face challenge, and work under pressure;
• Strong sense of responsibility and a good team player;
• PRC local nationals with legal working status in Shanghai and/or holding Shanghai Hukou.

Cathay Dragon, an affiliate member of oneworld, is a Hong Kong-based international airline, and a member of the Cathay Pacific Group.
