岗位职责
1.管理和发送每日拍摄计划列表
2.管理样衣，输入样品信息
3.管理摄影师/助理输入系统信息/产品拍摄日期的系统每拍摄一天的结束
4.控制交货时间从拍摄日期修整完成时间,通常不超过一天或两天。
5.将最终完成的照片，图片上传到系统。上传原始大照片云清理存储空间
6.处理紧急ecom拍摄要求,与你交流或摄影师紧急或特殊要求
任职要求
1.大学本科或以上
2.至少一年工作经验过程管理工作
3.至少一年的工作经验在工作中使用Microsoft Excel
4.擅长沟通
5.英语四级,能够用简单的英语交流

Job description

1. Manage and send out daily shooting schedule list of overall status and detailed status – shooting list

2. Manage the sample receiving from offline team

3. Input sample receiving time into Baiyi’s system

4. Prioritize the shooting sequence for both model shooting and product shooting based on ECOM SAD time from the system

5. Control the photographer / assistant to input model shooting date / product shooting date into Baiyi’s system by the end of every shooting day

6. Control the lead time from shooting date to Retouch complete time, normally one day or no more than two day.

7. Upload the pictures to Baiyi system for the final complete pictures.

8. Upload raw big pictures to Cloud to clean storage space

9. Handle emergency ecom shooting requirement and communicate with you or photographer for emergency or special requirement.

Job specification

1.Bachelor degree or above

2. At least one year work experience in process management work

3. At least one year work experience using Microsoft Excel at work
