职位描述：
Purpose of the Job:
To ensure an easy buying experience for all visitors and customers. This includes in particular:
? securing the foundation for an easy buying experience.
? implementing an IKEA shopping tools offer that helps safeguard the IKEA mechanical sales process.
? ensuring a fast and efficient after-sales experience with the customer in focus.

Assignments:
a.Contribute to the creation and operational implementation of the local customer relations' action plan.
b.Support a customer-focused culture throughout the complete unit and ensure an overall easy buying experience.
c.Contribute to the building of business competence by supporting co-workers in their efforts to improve according to agreed development plans.
d.Implement the global solutions, services and tools that support self-service and self-choice during the complete buying experience.
e.Implement and follow up on the activities identified to remove hindrances and secure a customer-focused easy buying experience.
f. Ensure the efficient and cost-effective execution of the IKEA exchanges and returns policy and a customer-friendly handling of complaints.
g.Provide an inspiring and motivating direction for the team and its individual members to ensure development and succession.
h.Provide input to the service agreements and contracts with internal and external partners, such as the Customer Support Centre and support co-workers in executing those.
i. Ensure balanced operational excellence in daily operations to enhance the easy buying experience.
j. Support proactively with customer insights to improve business and functional operations.

Job specific knowledge:
Solid understanding of all aspects of the home-to-home shopping experience.
Cost and budget management.
Proven leadership knowledge in a people-centric organisation.
Talent management, i.e. development, succession.
Change management.
IKEA Brand, IKEA culture and values.
Knowledge of working methods according to work focus.
Legal requirements and third-party contracts.
Knowledge of the easy buying process.
Good knowledge of IKEA sales support tools.
