Report to: Demand Management Director, APAC Region
?
Tasks：
? Support in the operational and tactical Planning of different Product Segments within the APAC Region
? Review of Demand Forecasts and regular Consolidation to review/ understand Actuals vs Forecast Deviations as well as Forecast to Budget Deviations for different Product Segments and critical Customers/ Customer Groups
? Support in the preparation of the APAC S&OP Process in cooperation with Sales/ Marketing as well as Customer Service to align on Demand Forecasts and Demand Forecast Changes
? Participation in the monthly Alignment Process of Demand-Supply within the frame of the monthly APAC S&OP Process – Review and Adjustment of Production Capacities, Raw Material Supply and Storage Capacities in cooperation with Operations, Plant Scheduling and Procurement
? Scenario Planning for critical Customer Projects and/ or critical Customer Groups in cooperation with Sales/ Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and Procurement
? Responsibility for operational Monitoring and Alignment with Sales/ Marketing in case of Customer/ Product Priority Setting in case of Supply Shortages
? Ownership of Weekly Projection Process to identify monthly Demand/ Supply Deviation as well as Allocation Process for constrained assets
? Support of continuous Improvement Projects to improve Forecasting / Planning and Scheduling Tools

Qualifications:
? Bachelor Degree and above in Supply Chain management, Business Administration or Business Engineering or related
? 2-3 Years of professional Experience within Planning and/ or Scheduling
? Very good Knowledge of Office Standard Solutions (SAP R3, SAP APO, MS-Office, Lotus Notes)
? Language Skills: Chinese, English must
? Very good analytical skills
? Good Team player as well as high degree of Flexibility with respect to time
? High level of Self-Initiative
